Sola Abulu set to facilitate Crisis Management Session at NAPE pre-conference short course on Energy Communications
Our Principal Consultant, Sola Abulu will sharing her wealth of experience at the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) pre-conference short course on Strategic Communication, Crisis and Stakeholder Management in the Energy Industry on November 11 and 12th, 2o23.
The course is the first of its kind and is designed to enable communications professionals in the energy sector to learn about how to manage issues and mitigate crisis through responsive and stakeholder-centric communications. Sola’s session will focus on sharing tips on how to manage external complexity, recognizing the difference between an issue and a crisis and understanding the do’s and don’ts of crisis management. The session will be based on practical learnings and case studies that played out in the public domain.
