We have a core team of business, brand, marketing, and communications strategists led by Sola Abulu.
All project work is personally coordinated and executed by Sola Abulu as the Principal Consultant and the face, heart, and mind of the SA&A brand. Case Studies

Energy

In 2021 and 2022, we worked with three leading Nigerian and African-owned international companies to develop issues and crisis management frameworks, develop media and communications strategies for their corporate social responsibility initiatives and deploy a functional stakeholder management framework and strategy to manage complex business relationships across projects and operations. We have also facilitated capacity building initiatives and sessions in this regard.

Education

In 2021, we worked with a leading provider of executive education and post graduate business studies to deliver a strategic marketing plan focused on enhancing the ability of the organization to meet its objectives in terms of market visibility and enrollment.

Health

In 2020, we worked with a leading private-owned healthcare provider to develop and implement an organizational effectiveness review and plan that enabled the business to become more focused on areas of intervention that enhance productivity and profitability. We also helped to establish a target-driven performance management structure and orientation, which has been successfully implemented by the organization.

Information Technology

In 2021, we worked with a pioneering IT services and solutions company in Nigeria to conduct a strategic review of their performance management system and develop a framework that is fit-for-purpose and relevant to the organization’s needs and objectives. And in 2022, we facilitated business communication training sessions for IT professionals and support function service leaders within the sector.

Public Office Holders

In 2021, we developed a stakeholder-centric media and communications strategy for public office holders in two state governments in Nigeria. In one of the cases, the implementation of the strategy was widely acclaimed as one of the most successful citizen-centric campaigns in recent history. In 2022, we also facilitated crisis communications awareness training for practitioners in one of the Nigerian state governments.
