Organizational effectiveness depends largely on the business or organization’s ability to achieve its desired outcomes. The departments of any organization exists to support a greater goal. Therefore, that goal must be clearly understood and prioritized above the departmental realities. Each stakeholder and employee can then tailor their goals from the larger business or organizational objectives.
