6th Cohort of SA&A CPDSO-Accredited Strategic Communications Course Completed On February 27, 2025
February 27, 2025 – The 6th cohort of the SA&A CPDSO-Accredited Strategic Communications Course took place on the 27th of February 2025, with participants from various sectors ranging from media/publishing to NGO/humanitarian, financial services and energy.
The 6 modules covered in the intensive course included the introduction to the Strategic Communication Framework which is a 14 step process developed by Sola Abulu, that was summarised into 7 consolidated steps for easy application. Sola explained how to use the framework and illustrated its application through real-life examples from the context of the participants.
Feedback from the participants was very positive. The Strategic Communications Framework was the clear favourite with many participants saying that it really helped to break down the communications process into a structured format that can be applied for major projects and smaller programs. It helps professionals to be more focused in their practise and targeted in their approach to communication. It also makes it easier to determine where to put resources or otherwise.
