November 1, 2024: SA&A has announced that enrolment is now open for its last course in the year, the SA&A CPDSO-Accredited Strategic Communications Course.

This course is the foundation for developing and enhancing core communications skills and competencies. We introduce participants to the Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Management Frameworks and show how to integrate both to achieve desired results in terms of effectively managing relationships with employees, stakeholders, customers, citizens, investors, regulators, government, media, community etc And influencing desired outcomes in identified areas as a result of purposeful communication and engagement
The course serves to introduce the concept of reputation management and illustrate its importance in the context of achieving desired objectives and outcomes for your business or organization. The concepts and principles taught are focused on universal principles of communications and are applicable to all contexts of operations i.e. private, public or NGO sectors.
SA&A aimes to equip its course participants with the ability to understand how communications works on a fundamental level and develop the ability to work effectively as leaders and subject matter experts to solve business, societal, political or governance problems with measurable results.
Learners are equipped to understand and apply strategic communications thinking to any context they find themselves. Concepts and principles are illustrated through real-life case studies in the public domain. Participants are taught how to build an effective and impactful communications strategy from scratch and be more purposeful and outcome-driven about communications and engagement.
SA&A launched its suite of accredited training courses in 2023/4 and has trained over 70 professionals in Nigeria and other countries in Africa since November 2023.
